Built and ran a Bitcoin indexing API. 376 commits across 8 production repos. 4 indexers: ord (inscriptions), BRC-20, Runes and Charms. 5 OpenAPI-generated SDKs. MCP server (ss-mcp) for AI agent integration. Block explorer. AWS CDK infra. ScyllaDB migration from MongoDB for write throughput. gRPC microservice for Runestone decoding.
Primary author of the withdrawal-approval engine that decides whether funds can leave custody, and the service that monitors the chains the platform holds assets on. Also: custody apps for agencies, asset valuation services, and platform containerization. Platform AUM grew from $200M to $500M during my tenure ($1B+ today).
Operations software and AI systems for industrial SMEs. ERP-style platforms covering orders, repairs, stock and invoicing. In production: invoice and emissions-report extraction with a self-hosted 8B vision model (99.2% of invoice fields correct), on-premise meeting transcription at 5.2× real time on CPU, and LLM extraction of supplier orders with an EU-only endpoint. Also: defect detection for visual inspection, and technical consulting.
